The status of the Corrective Action associated with this
problem is as follows:
Corrective Action Response: The operator submitted a letter (on April 25, 2017) signed by Bradley
Shane Wilson confirming the offsite disturbance is not associated in any way with the permitted
operation. The Division later received a notarized letter signed by Michael Loukonen, adjacent
landowner, attesting to the use of CEMEX property for processing stone by Loukonen Brothers Stone
Company via an agreement between the two parties. Mr. Loukonen also confirmed that the crusher and
material stockpiled around the perimeter of the crusher is part of the Loukonen operation.
Status: The Division considers the problem to be resolved at this time.
If you have any questions, please contact me by telephone at 303-866-3567, ext. 8129, or by email at
amy.eschberger(astate.co.us.
Sincerely,
0JWJ
Amy Eschberger
Environmental Protection Specialist
CC: Bradley Wilson
CEMEX, Inc
P.O.
