GW -N3 Well <br />GW -N3 monitors the underburden aquifer adjacent to the New Horizon 1 mine area. The GW - <br />N3 well is located north of Tuttle Draw and north of the New Horizon permit area. <br />Summary of the indicator parameters for GW -N3 is provided as follows: <br />A review of the water data for 2016 for this well indicates several minimum levels for <br />conductivity and sulfate occurred. No other minimum or maximums occur in 2016 for the <br />indicator parameters. As shown on the graphs for indicator parameters, no significant trending <br />has occurred for this well. Sampling results indicate normal seasonal fluctuations. The data <br />indicates that no significant long or short term impacts to the local groundwater are occurring at <br />this location, which supports the probable hydrologic consequences (Section 2.05.6(3)). <br />8 1 P a g e <br />
