Placement of the imported above listed waste materials into the pit and other areas <br /> now receiving processing fines will, at a minimum, raise the final topography to at <br /> least two feet above the prevailing ground water elevation. <br /> The above listed imported waste materials and the processing facility waste fines will <br /> be graded in conformance with the already approved reclamation plan. Aged <br /> concrete waste rubble will be backfilled and worked to eliminate voids.
