Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required <br /> abandonment procedures): <br /> Bottom of the hole to 20 feet bellow surface will be filled with <br /> bentonite. Describe how portals, adits, shafts, ponds, excavations, or other disturbances will be <br /> reclaimed(refer to Rule 3 and Rule 5 for specific reclamation performance standards). <br /> You may wish to contact the Division for closure specifications. <br /> All cutting pits will be refilled with excavated materials, once <br /> standing water is gone.
