The loadout site was dry and the weather was <br /> clear at the time of the inspection. No activities were being conducted at the main facilities area or around the <br /> railway. No mantainence or reclamation activities of the main facilities area,the railway, or the Tie-Across Haul <br /> Road were on-going at the time of the inspection. Permit Renewal No. 5 is currently under review by the <br /> Division. No other permiting actions are ongoing. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS []Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> All records were located at the Foidel Creek Mine offices. The embankments were well vegetated and stable with no <br /> problems noted. The Rail Loop Pond was dry at the time of the inspection,with no evidence of recent discharge <br /> noted.
