The application was deemed complete on <br />September 20, 2017. <br /> <br />Minor Revision 425 proposes a plan to develop the neck-in for the Sunset Mains South, allowing <br />for rock-work through a fault zone to the south, and rock-rooms to the south of the E-8 headgate <br />entries and/or west of the E-8 recovery rooms to store the rock generated from the fault zone. The <br />applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO <br />81230 and at the Division’s Denver office.
