For convenience my responses to each of your requests are in the same numerical sequence contained in your letter. 1. All of the information on the public form I provided should be considered as public, non-confidential information. I hereby certify that all provided information was of a public, non-confidential nature, and I hereby provide a waiver of confidentiality in regard to the NOI submitted to CDRM. 2. Per your request, by phone message to Tom Eisenman, Park County Administrator, on today's date, I have requested that he advise the Park County Commissioners at their next meeting of the Goldpark King No. 1 Notice of Intent to conduct prospecting operations. I will meet with Mr. Eisenman next week to provide him with a copy of the NOI and will record a copy of it with the Park County Clerk. 3. Page 2 of the NOI form does not have a space for providing the Applicant's street address for mailing. The address provided on page 3 of the NOI is the mailing address that the Division should use for correspondence. 4. The attached copy of the map from the NOI shows the approximate location of the road that may be constructed. An estimate of the area affected by the road construction that would require reclamation has been included in my estimate of total acreage to be reclaimed.
