Mining and Reclamation plan <br />In The matter of the Buddy J Healy strip-mines opening Mining and Reclamation plan for proposed strip <br />mine located in Las Animas County Colorado 81020 for the proposed strip mine containing 200 Acres as <br />the landowner I propose that the strip mine be mined out at the rate of 2 Acres and reclaimed at the <br />rate of 2 Acres moving 30 Acres at a time until completed two hundred acres in its completion and to be <br />reclaimed for water conservation incoordination with the Colorado Water District. The proposed strip <br />mine to be line with red clay sand and Gravel at the rate of two acres until completed at 30 acres and <br />moving forward to the next 30 Acres strip mine until completed to 200 acres in its entirety. With an <br />augmentation plan set in place to replace surface evaporation at the rate calculated by the Colorado <br />Water District incoordination With Colorado Bureau of mining and safety regulations coding. Preposed <br />strip mining pit to be located in the north Northeast East Northeast corner of section 7 range 65 West <br />Township 31 south 4 acres and in wide and 50 acres in length on an 3-9% slopes with a two to four year <br />scope of work. Emplacement of all debris catching filters such as silk fence silt fence and wash catchers <br />will be done to ensure regulation and Regulatory correspondence and coradataion with Mining and <br />Reclamation code of the Colorado Bureau of Mining and reclamation. After reinstating original mining <br />permits for the Healy strip mine. With a new reclamation plan. Due to the water conservation Act <br />original pit numbers are as follows permit number 76-14 it was approved September 28th 1976. <br />Respectfully submitted by Jeremiah M.
