2.2 MK -2-082317
The site discovered within the disturbance area consists of seven associated thermal features
occurring at an approximate depth of 5-10 cm below ground surface (Table 1). Feature 1 was
partially excavated to confirm if the staining was indeed cultural in origin (Figure 7). While the
upper portion of each feature was likely removed during ground stripping the remaining portions
appear to be intact. No other cultural material or intact sediments remain at the location within
the Project disturbance area (Figure 8).
