All review and comment periods as <br />provided in the Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules initiate from this date of <br />filing. <br /> <br />The applicant, Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC, proposes to continue loadout coal mining operations <br />on land located approximately 2 mile(s) Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. There are no proposed <br />revisions to the approved mining and reclamation plan, nor is there any proposed surface <br />disturbance outside of the currently approved disturbance area. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of: E1/2 Sec. 10, W1/2,SE1/4, and SW1/4 Sec. 14, E1/2E1/2 Sec. 15, NE1/4 Sec. 22, <br />N1/2NW1/4 Sec. 23, S1/2N1/2, and NW1/4 Sec. 24, Township 6 North, Range 88 West of the 6th <br />P.M. Portions of: SW1/4, SE1/4, and NE1/4 Sec.17, SE1/4 Sec. 18, N1/2 Sec. 19, Township 6 <br />North, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian. <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Mount Harris. <br />
