Specifically,the request for information regarding the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Offsite disposal of acid generating waste rock <br /> 2. Changes to the portal path <br /> 1. Offsite Disposal <br /> The Detroit City Mine will send acid generating material to be disposed of offsite as needed at <br /> one of the following facilities: Waste Connections' Pueblo facility or Clean Harbors-Deer Trail. <br /> These facilities are permitted with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. <br /> Any material sent to any of these facilities will provide the appropriate chain of custody <br /> documentation to satisfy DRMS requirements. <br /> 2. Portal Path <br /> The portal path has been revised to reflect the turn taken now that the secondary escape way <br /> location has been passed. It can be seen on Map C-2. Please note, the total change in direction is <br /> roughly a 2° turn. <br /> Detroit City Mine 1 <br />
