JUBILEE the right to rnine or remove from the Property any ores, waste,water or other materials
<br /> existing therein� or thereon,through or by means of shafts or openings which may be sunk or made upon
<br /> adjoining or nearby properly controlled by JUBILEE,and may stockpile any ores,waste or other
<br /> materials and/or concentrated products of ores or mater,als from the Property upon stockpile grounds
<br /> situated upon any suct' adjoining or nearby property;and JUBILEE may vse the Property and any part
<br /> thereof and any shafts,openings, and stockp le grounds, sunk or made thereon for the mining, removal
<br /> and/or stockpiling of any ores, waste, water and other materia;s ancillor concentrated products of ores
<br /> u/materials from any such ac[oiningor nearby property,o'for any purpose mr purposes connected
<br /> therewith, not, however, permanently preventing the mining or ren-oval of ore from the Property.

<br /> concentration or beneficial or,,so long as the date to determine the weight and assay, both of the ore

<br /> but no more than once each a'uarter,JUBILEE snail maintain adequate records concerning mining
<br /> operations so that the amount of gold or other metal, having been produced from each of the claim
<br /> block groups oil the Property may be independently calculated.OWNER may enter the mine workings
<br /> and structurp.�on the Property at all reasonable times upon reasonable advance notice for inspection

<br /> against ard from any damage, loss, or liability by reason of injUry to OWNER or her agents or

<br /> Property and shall pay vry taxes u/ mcrense /~ taxes assessed against the Property due to its operations

<br /> 11 JUBILEE shall keep the Property free of all liens for labor or materials iurnished to it in its operations
<br /> hereunder and shall indemni and save harn|ess OWNER against and hnm any damage,loss orliability
<br /> by reason of injury to person or darnage to property as tile result of its operations hereunder, except as
<br /> provided in Section 9 above, JUBILEL may, but shall have no obligation to, ccntest the validity of any lipn
<br /> of the Prooerty at its expense, and OWNER shall cooperate in such contest, including but not limited to
