Unknown. <br /> a. The May Day Idaho Mine Complex was developed near the turn of the century. To our <br /> knowledge, active mining stopped in 1942 because of World War II. It is unknown what, <br /> if any, excavation, processing or hauling occurred under prior owners between the early <br /> 1980s and 2013. <br /> b. Between May 2016 and October 2016, reclamation activity occurred to complete the <br /> repair and stabilization related to all outstanding corrective actions set forth in the <br /> December 2011 CMLRB Order. <br /> 5. Does the mine operate more than 180 days per year? Yes. <br /> a. No mining activities may occur pending approval of M-1981-185, 112d-2 Amendment, <br /> AM-2.
