Sice this groundwas un-recialmed when we fband it, we are <br /> willing to work with a BLM & DRMS to leave it better than we tound it. <br /> We are also willing to reclaim and reseed the old "access" road that was used during prior mining <br /> operations in the past, at our labor and expense We are not responsible for the condition of this <br /> a -,-, road, but we want to leave the site in a better condition than we found it The cost of the seed <br /> for this has already baan d into tha reclamation cost <br /> Unnecessary and undue degradation will be minimized by utiliting <br /> such as weed-free hay bales placed on the edge of the granite diff and around the top soll pile wLx-- <br /> crea e when we segregate the waste rock and other materials from the topsoil. I Kis will assist during <br /> winterization and as an added safety issuel Straw bales will be taken apart at the end of the mining <br /> operation and used as mulch for the reseeding process. <br />
