Gilbr eath: <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's Proposed Decision to approve Technical Revision No. <br />112 at the Colowyo Coal Mine became final on August 29, 2017. Notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Craig Daily Press on August 16, 2017, initiating the ten (10) day public comment <br />period for the Division's decision.
