Colowyo, OSMRE, DRMS and <br />OAHP will be dually acknowledged for their support and assistance toward the successful <br />execution of all work. <br />4.0 CLOSING <br />The following HPTP is to mitigate adverse efforts to site BK -1-072617 discovered during <br />archaeological construction monitoring located on the south side of the haul road on Colowyo's <br />Collom Expansion Project. The site currently consists of two possible thermal features and sparse <br />artifact scatter consisting of heat altered rock, one medium size mammal bone, and one piece of <br />debitage. Tetra Tech recommended the site as eligible for inclusion on the National Register of <br />Historic Places under Criterion D. The Project will remove the site as part of the haul road <br />construction and Colowyo cannot modify the work to avoid the site. Therefore the project will <br />cause an adverse effect and the presented HPTP is to ensure the work is in conformance with <br />the process outlined in 36 CFR § 800 and Exhibit 5, Item 3 -Cultural Resource Protection Plan for <br />the Collom Mine Expansion and completed in a timely manner. <br />Tetra Tech August 8, 2017 15 <br />
