With the submittal of PR -04, there is a 28 acre parcel of BLM <br />surface in T4N, R93W, Section 26, as shown on Figure 2.03.6-1, that Colowyo does not have the right of <br />entry at this time. Colowyo is currently working with the BLM to secure rights to enter and disturb these <br />lands. Colowyo will not disturb the area shown on Figure 2.03.6-1 until the right of entry has been <br />secured. Once right of entry is secured, documentation will be provided through the technical revision <br />process to document this right of entry. <br />Additionally, please see Section 2.03.6 in Volume 1. <br />2.03.7 Relationship to Areas Designated Unsuitable For Mining <br />The Collom permit expansion area is not within an area designated unsuitable for surface mining <br />activities as defined in Rule 7 or 30 CFR 764 and 769 or under study for designation in an administrative <br />proceeding under Rule 7 or 30 CFR 764 and 769. <br />2.03.8 Permit Term Information <br />The term of mining for the Collom Pit is from 2016 through 2031 with reclamation work extending into <br />2033.
