EXHIBIT 27, ITEM 3
I. INTRODUCTION
The Collom In -Pit Drilling Program will consist of drilling 33 drill holes (Please see Figure Exh.
27-3-1 for drill pad locations) in order obtain data to enhance the Collom Geologic Model.
Planned drill holes will be drilled to approximately 20 feet below the GB seam, which is the
lower most seam in the Collom mining sequence. A small area exemption for sediment control
for all drill pads and drills roads is presented in Exhibit 7, Item 26 in Volume 18.
II. SEALING AND RECLAMATION OF DRILL HOLES, DRILL PADS, AND
DRILL ROADS
Drill pads shown on Figure Exh. 27-3-1 and listed on Table Exh. 27-1 will have either one single
rotary drill hole or a combination of a rotary and core drill hole on each pad. All drill holes will
be completely or partially mined through, and will be reclaimed in accordance with Section
2.05.4(1) in Volume 15.
Topsoil will be stripped or windrowed directly adjacent to all drill pads and drill pad roads. All
topsoil that is windrowed will be picked up during the larger stripping effort associated with
development of the Collom Pit. Drill pads and drill roads will also be mined through, or will be
within the larger disturbance footprint associated with the Collom Pit. All drill pad locations and
drill roads will be reclaimed at the appropriate time in accordance with Map 29B and Section
2.05.4 in Volume 15 when mining is complete.
Exhibit 23A 1 Revision Date: 6/22/17
Revision No.: MR -174
