(Tri-State), is the parent <br />company to Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company <br />L.P. (Colowyo). Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting this adequacy response <br />for minor revision 177 (MR -177) for Permit No. C-1981-019. Tri-State received your adequacy <br />letter dated August 10, 2017, and has prepared the following response: <br />1. Please update List of Exhibits — Volume 18 and Volume 20 to include the proposed <br />new items per exhibit associated with MR -177. <br />Response: Due to the size of Volume 18, it was discussed with the Division to break up <br />Volume 18 under the MR -177 adequacy response. Both parties agreed this is the best <br />option. That being said, under this adequacy response Volume 18 has been broken up <br />into Volumes 18A, 18B, 18C, and 18D. Individual volumes for 18A through 18D have <br />been provided with a "List of Exhibits" specific to that volume. Three exhibits have been <br />renumbered to correct duplicate numbering, and/or to ensure the Exhibit numbering <br />flowed logically.
