The status of the corrective <br />actions regarding these problems are as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: The Mine site is not active and the Operator should request <br />Temporary Cessation Status <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal Temporary Cessation <br />Status by the corrective action date. <br />Compliance Problem 2: State Listed Noxious Weeds on site <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of Technical Revision <br />No. 3 Weed Management Plan and the spraying of Russian Knapweed. <br />Compliance Problem 3: Toposil <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Divisions inspectors observation of topsoil <br />stockpile was in fact a compost pile. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (970)252-5025 <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http://mining.state.co.us <br />John W.
