TR -118 incorporates the <br />2016 Annual Reclamation Report into the permit <br />as, Appendix W Volume XLVI. During calenda. <br />year 2016, Trapper Mine reported among othe <br />items the following: <br />1. Disturbed Acres: 52.2 <br />2. Backfilled & Graded Acres: 143.7 <br />3. Topsoiled Acres: 143.7 <br />4. Seeded Acres: 143.7 <br />5. Development Drilling: 12 holes drilled and <br />abandoned. <br />The Trapper Mine is a/an surface coal mine locat- <br />ed in Moffat County, approximately 6 miles SW of <br />Craig, Colorado. Coal interest is federal, state <br />and private, and the surface affected is state and <br />private land. The permit area encompasses ap- <br />proximately 11,156.69 acres. <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding that <br />the proposed operation will comply with all require- <br />ments of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Recla- <br />mation Act, Section 34 33 101, et seq., C.R.S., <br />and the regulations promulgated thereunder. <br />Copies of the proposed decision, including stipula- <br />tions, are on file for public inspection at the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety, Room 215, Centennial Building, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. Per- <br />sons with an interest that may be adversely affect- <br />ed by the proposed decision may request a formal <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board on the proposed decision.
