Trapper Response to Comment 1: No response necessary at this time. <br />2. DRMS is awaiting submittal of the report detailing blasting impacts to site <br />5MF948. <br />Trapper Response to Comment 2: New enclosed Section 3.4.3.1 (pages 3-31 b and 3-32) is added to the <br />PAP to provide a blasting protocol for archaeological Site 5MF948. Enclosed page 3-31 a is reformatted to <br />make way for the new section. Enclosed TOC page i-7 is revised to include a reference to the new section. <br />c) A geology description that updates Sections 2.7.2 and 2.7.3 of the Trapper Mine permit <br />application package with the information required by Rule 2.04.6(2)(a) and (b). <br />July 2017 DRMS <br />Trapper is not requesting to mine the PR -7 area with this revision. <br />3. The operator states that additional geologic information will be provided as a <br />revision at the time the mining plan is submitted. <br />This section of the stipulation is adequately addressed. (No Trapper response necessary). <br />d) Surface water information in the hydrology description with water quality data from surface waters <br />in, discharging into, or which will receive flows from surface or ground water from affected areas <br />within the proposed permit area in accordance with Rule 2.04.7(2) (b) (ii). <br />July 2017 DRMS <br />This section of the stipulation is adequately addressed. DRMS notes that the riparian <br />area is not expected to be disturbed and that the Jeffway Spring system at County Road <br />33 will continue to be monitored. <br />e) Soil resource information required by Rule 2.04.9 for those portions of the permit area to be <br />disturbed by surface operations and facilities. <br />July 2017 DRMS <br />This section of the stipulation is adequately addressed. <br />f).
