Please be advised that on August 1, 2017, Summit Brick& Tile Co., whose address and telephone number
are 13th & Erie Streets P.O. Box 533, Pueblo, CO 81003; [phone], filed an Amendment application
to the above-named permit. The operation is located at or near Section 30, Township 22S, Range 67W, 6"
Principle Meridian,in Pueblo County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one
Section,Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Rangeland post-mining land
use. The application decision date is scheduled for October 30,2017

office and at the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
