Please also find the check for $216 for the Technical Revision fee. As indicated in your <br /> inspection report dated June 22, 2017 the corrective action to implement a weed control plan <br /> and to provide proof to the Division that this has been done. Also as part of the inspection <br /> report there are two photos of stockpiles indicating topsoil material. However, upon further <br /> investigation the two photos of"Topsoil Stockpile — no vegetation" are two separate piles the <br /> first one is a compost pile remaining from the Bennett landowner and the other stockpile is a <br /> pile of 3/4 " Road Base. After review with staff and historical files the topsoil pile is located west <br /> of the pond and was not inspected due to the muddy nature of the areas around the pond as <br /> per part of the inspection conducted on June 6, 2017. Elam would like to make a request for an <br /> additional inspection by the Division to investigate the weed removal and to document the <br /> topsoil stockpile and to make determination if the pile still needs revegetation. <br /> Thank you for your consideration of this request.
