The Division's recent approval of the transfer of the <br />Northwest Airshaft location to the New Elk permit terminated all reclamation liability associated with the Golden Eagle <br />permit. <br />Also attached is the "Publisher's Proof' of the public notice scheduled to publish in the Trinidad Chronicle News starting <br />today and running for four successive weeks, and copies of certified mailings to land owners of interest in/or adjacent to <br />the former Golden Eagle permit, and the County Commissioners and County Planner.
