TR-8 was issued on <br />August 11, 2015. <br /> <br />TR-9 changed the inlet location of the north ditch into Pond NHN-002. TR-9 was issued on March <br />31, 2015. <br /> <br />TR-10 incorporated the as-built certification for Pond NHN-002. TR-10 was issued on October 6, <br />2015. <br /> <br />TR-11 incorporated responses to adequacy questions raised in the midterm review. TR-11 was <br />issued on January 26, 2016. <br /> <br />TR-12 updated the blasting performance standards. TR-12 was issued on February 9, 2016. <br /> <br />TR-13 incorporated a new design for the upper segment of the NHN-001 East ditch. TR-13 was <br />issued on August 23, 2016. <br /> <br />TR-14 incorporated a new dryland pasture reference area, updated interim vegetation monitoring <br />schedule and updated seed mixtures. TR-14 was issued on June 27, 2017. <br /> <br />TR-15 updated the postmining topography and CCC 2nd Park Lateral pipeline location. TR-15 <br />was issued on May 30, 2017. <br /> <br />Minor Revisions <br /> <br />MR-1 incorporated the Air Pollution Control Division's Compliance Order on Consent. MR-1 was <br />issued on November 2, 2012. <br /> <br />MR-2 proposed to incorporate the as-built configuration and professional certification for <br />Sediment Pond NHN-001. MR-2 was withdrawn on January 30, 2013. <br /> <br />MR-3 proposed to add a new Section 2.05.3(6)(a) - Overburden Blasting to the permit. MR-3 was <br />withdrawn on March 7, 2013. <br /> <br />MR-4 incorporated a Substitute Water Supply Plan into the permit. MR-4 was issued on April 10, <br />2013. <br /> <br />MR-5 updated the reclamation cost estimate and mine facilities sections of the permit to <br />incorporate a water well. MR-5 was issued on June 18, 2013. <br /> <br />MR-6 incorporated a Compliance Order on Consent issued by the Air Pollution Control Division. <br />MR-6 was issued on May 17, 2013. <br />
