Please provide the PLS lbs./acre seeding rate for each species in the I'year seed mixture. <br /> 16. The Reclamation Plan states native sage brush will be planted. Please provide the rate, species,and <br /> the planting type/size of the shrubs. <br /> 17. The Reclamation Plan states 200 lbs./acre of manure will be used as fertilizer.Please clarify this is <br /> the correct rate which was intended as it appears to be significantly low,or provide the Division <br /> with a more appropriate application rate. Please provide the Division with the information on how <br /> you will incorporate the manure into the soil. Please clarify that manure used will be well-cured or <br /> composted,and weed-free.The Division highly recommends you contact the local MRCS or CSU <br /> Extension Service to obtain a recommendation regarding the use of manure for reclamation. <br /> 18. Exhibit E maps show the permit boundary within Amazonite#7 has a 12' x 40' access road.Please <br /> discuss the reclamation plan for this access road. <br /> 19. In accordance with Rule 3.1.5(3),please describe how grading will be completed to control erosion <br /> and siltation of the affected lands or provide details on an erosion control Best Management <br /> Practices which will be utilized. <br />
