EXHIBIT G WATER INFORMATION (cont)
A map showing the well locations, according to the Office of the
State Engineer ' s coordinate data, is also provided labeled MAP
EXHIBIT G -WELL MAP .
We estimate dust control for the roads will be a maximum of 1 ac-
ft per year . This water will be obtained from a source approved
for that use . No water will be used for reclamation, nor will
the revegetated areas be irrigated by the operator. The well
permit and Temporary Substitute Supply Plan will explain where
Deep Cut LLC. , will obtain the water needed by this mine .
Once below water material is mined, a 4o by weight factor will
have to be added to determine the consumptive use associated with
material sales . When mining moves tot he waste pile area no
below water material will be mined so the losses associated with
that material will be zero (0) .
Because of the geographic features around the mine, all offsite
runoff is or will be diverted around the disturbed area . Any
stcrm water runoff will be retained on the site and directed into
the mining area when the mining and reclamation is taking place .
No stormwater will be retained on the mine site for more then 72
hours .
21
