Barbara Coria <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br /> Denver,CO 80203 <br /> Re:Transfer of Camp Bird Mine Permit(M-1982-090)and Financial Warranty <br /> Dear Ms. Coria, <br /> Caldera Mineral Resources, LLC(Caldera) recently obtained ownership of the Camp Bird Mine from <br /> Camp Bird Colorado, Inc. (CBCI) and is now the owner of the lands within the Camp Bird Mine Permit, <br /> No. M-1982-090 ("permit"). Caldera and CBCI intend to transfer the permit and associated Financial <br /> Warranty(FW) into the name of Caldera. <br /> Enclosed with this letter, please find the following: <br /> o Permit Transfer and Succession of Operations Form executed by Caldera and CBCI <br /> o $115 application fee payable to the Division <br /> o Performance Warranty Form executed by Caldera <br /> o Financial Warranty Check for Deposit in State Treasury in the amount of$65,000.00, executed <br /> by Caldera.This is intended to encompass the$50,000.00 and $15,000.00 deposits submitted by <br /> Caldera in 2012 that are a portion of the FW currently held by the Division. <br /> o Financial Warranty Check for Deposit in State Treasury Third Party in the amount of$25,000.00, <br /> executed by Caldera and CBCI.This is intended to encompass the$25,000.00 Certificate of <br /> Deposit (CD) previously administered by Wells Fargo Bank that is the remainder of the FW <br /> currently held by the Division. Per your phone conversation with Mike Thompson on July 3152, it <br /> is our understanding that Wells Fargo will be terminating all CD accounts that are held for FW by <br /> the Division and the cash balances of the CD accounts will be delivered to the Division.
