Dear Ms. Dorsey,
Enclosed you will find the Sunrise Mining's (successor to Wildcat Mining, Inc.), Wildlife project
summary that was recently submitted to the Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and
Safety (CDRMS). Sunrise received a permit adequacy questions requesting "the operator is
required to contact Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) for recommendations. While a letter
from CPW was included, it is dated 3/8/2011. Please contact CPW and obtain a new letter or
recommendations or a letter stating that the previously submitted documentation is still valid"
(Lucas West-CDM RS-G rand Junction &.25, 2017).
We respectfully request a letter to be submitted from CPW to R Squared, Inc. to the address
below summarizing your recommendation or confirming the CPW letter(attached) dated
March 9, 2011 is still valid.
