3.3.6 Other Reclamation
The main facilities area has been approved for Industrial/Commercial use at the site, the
Permanent Dugout Pond, Permanent Sediment Pond 2, and associated diversion/drainage
ditches. Facilities to be demolished include the explosive storage facilities, and monitoring wells
(PAP, Section 2.05.3).
Pit highwalls were graded into the pit backfill between January and February of 2017.
3.3.7 Water Rights and Usage
Two wells are permitted on the site (PAP, Section 2.03.10, page 31).
