The haul road from the facilities area to the <br />refuse disposal area was wet from recent dust suppression and stable with no problems noted. The conveyor <br />corridor road, access roads and light-use roads were in good condition with no problems noted. Evidence of dust <br />suppression was noted on the refuse haul road at the time of the inspection. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> <br />The active return shaft construction and the dewatering system #2 topsoil stockpiles did not display an approved <br />marker. <br />- Topsoil markers are required to be placed on the topsoil stockpiles at the return shaft construction and the <br />dewatering system #2. <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED - NA <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) - NA <br /> <br />
