Table 1
Western Fuels - New Horizon 2 Mine
Summary of Wells Located Within 600 Feet of Planned Mine Excavation Area
Permit No Owner D ft Use Comments
WFC believes that this well no longer exists and is actively
18275 Frank E. Morgan, PO Box 4, Nucla, 251 220 working to field inventory the well. WFC will seek a 600 -ft well
CO 81424 spacing waiver if it is determined that the well exists within 600
feet of current and future mine excavation area.
Notes:
Information presented above based on well permit files and information provided by WFC.
The State's digital database shows well permit number 75GX located within 600 feet of the mine, but the actual location of this well based on the well permit documents
is greater than 600 feet. The well appears to be mis- located in the State's digital database.
600 foot well spacing is measured from the planned actual mine excavation and not the mine permit boundary.
WFC = Western Fuels - Colorado LLC, Applicant.
