Stover and Associates <br />2352 North 7"' Street, Unit B <br />Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br />RE: North Thompson Creek Mines, Permit No. C-1981-025 <br />2nd Quarter 2017 Pond Inspection Report <br />Dear Mr. Stover, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has received <br />and reviewed the 2°d Quarter 2017 Pond Inspection Report for the North Thompson <br />Creek Mines. The report was received on August 2, 2017. The Division has the <br />following comments: <br />The quarterly pond inspections are in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Inspections of <br />the ponds were conducted on June 15, 2017. The inspections did not identify any <br />potential hazards during the 2nd quarter of 2017. It was noted in the report that <br />maintenance is required on the ditch below Pond P9. These observations reflect site <br />inspections conducted by the Division. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the grid Quarter 2017 Pond inspection Report for <br />the North Thompson Creek Mines.
