The inspection <br />was conducted aerially by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS). <br />Images were analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley also of the DRMS. As this was an aerial <br />inspection, no Trapper Mine representative was present. The weather appeared clear. Main haul roads appeared <br />to be in good repair and no hydrologic or air quality issues were detected from the imagery. <br />INSPECTION: <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> <br />100 ton haul trucks were operating. One or more drag lines appeared to be operating in the pit, (photo 8). <br />Benches were being regraded to approximate original contour, (photo 8). <br /> <br /> <br />ROADS Rule - 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), <br />4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), <br />4.03.2(4); Surfacing and <br />Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and <br />(6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o <br />o Roads in and around the <br />facilities were in good <br />condition and appeared <br />to function adequately. <br />o No fugitive dust was <br />observed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Photo 1: Hauling activities.
