Mickelson, Physical Science Researcher/Scientist <br />Date: August 1, 2017 <br />Re: Roadside Portals, Permit No. C-1981-041 <br />Operator: Snowcap Coal Company, LLC <br />All or portions of Sections 26, 27, 28, and 35, T1 OS, R98W, 6th P.M.; Section <br />2, T11S, R98W, 61h P.M., Mesa County <br />CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />Snowcap Coal Company, Inc., proposes to continue underground coal mining operations. <br />There are no proposed revisions to the approved mining reclamation plan, nor is there any <br />proposed surface disturbance outside of the currently approved disturbance area. No coal <br />extraction is anticipated and only reclamation and maintenance activities are anticipated during <br />this permit term. <br />Please note that the site is located within an over appropriated stream basin.
