Our son, Dodd Jindra, is co owner of one
of the access road parcels, and we are writing you today, to explain that no structure
agreement is required, because we are the landowners. We are in the process of
transferring the mining permit from Premier Silica, LLC in Texas, to us, the landowners,
under our Corporate name- Jemadojin, LLC AKA Jemadojin Sand Mine.
We currently own 1076 acres in SE El Paso County. The permitted mine is the
northern most parcel and is approximately 299.78 acres in size, deemed the Jemadojin
Parcel. The Granny Parcel's are part of the access road to the Permitted Mine on both
the west side of the access road, as well as another parcel that is located south and
part of the access road. You have for your review, our tax papers with our parcel
schedule numbers.
If we can provide any further information for your review, please do not hesitate to
contact us.
Many Thanks,
Jeffery, Maria and Dodd Jindra
Jeffery and Maria Jindra
16449 Dearing Road
Colorado Springs, CO 80928
Hm Ph: 719-683-6437
Maria Cell ( only works in colorado springs- not out on the ranch) 720-595-8081
mjindra2002@yahoo.com
jeffjindra@yahoo.com
