<br /> CATTLE COMPANY,LLC,a Delaware limited liability company("Grantee"),whose mailing

<br /> WITNESSFTH,that the Grantor,for and in consideration of the sum often and no/100
<br /> dollars(S10.00)and other good and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which

<br /> hereby bind itself, its legal representatives, successors and assigns to WARRANT and
<br /> FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the Improvements unto the Grantee, its legal
<br /> representatives,successors and assigns, against Grantor and every person whomsoever lawfully
<br /> claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, by, through or under Grantor, but not
<br /> otherwise,subject to (i) all validly existing easements,right-of-ways,restrictions,reservations,
<br /> covenants, conditions, oil and gas leases, mineral right interests, and other encumbrances
