COLORADO <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of a 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment <br />Application <br />DATE: August 1, 2017 <br />TO: Air Pollution Control Division <br />Colorado Dept. of Public Health & Environment <br />4300 Cherry Creek Drive South <br />Denver, CO 80246 <br />RE: Fox #1 Clay Mine, Permit No. M-1977-219, AM03 <br />Please be advised that on August 1, 2017, Summit Brick & Tile Co., whose address and telephone number <br />are 13th & Erie Streets P.O. Box 533, Pueblo, CO 81003; (719) 542-8278, filed an Amendment application <br />to the above-named permit. The operation is located at or near Section 30, Township 22S, Range 67W, 6" <br />Principle Meridian, in Pueblo County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one <br />Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Rangeland post -mining land <br />use. The application decision date is scheduled for October 30, 2017 <br />A copy of the Amendment application is available for review at the Pueblo County Clerk & Recorder's <br />office and at the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />The Amendment application can be found at http: _drmsweblink.state.co.us., by searching M 1977219 in the <br />Permit No field and AM03 in the Type ci Sequence field. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
