Included with <br /> this letter is a copy of the posting affidavit, a map showing the <br /> approximate location of each notice and pictures of each notice, <br /> including the originally posted sign. The rational for not <br /> posting additional notices along the west side are, that there is <br /> no public access to the west side boundary of the mine and all of <br /> the owners along that side will be sent a certified letter <br /> notifying them of the plan to permit the area. Each primary <br /> corner was posted and a sign was posted near any roads leading <br /> into the mine from Siloam Road or across from adjoining owners <br /> driveways . This was done, so anyone wanting to read a notice <br /> could pull off Siloam Road entirely. The original notice was <br /> posted on June 26, 2017 at the entrance to the existing mine . <br />
