Consideration of 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application

Please be advised that on July 25, 2017, Graff Gravel, LLC, whose address and telephone number are 628
1800 Road, Delta, CO 81416; [phone], filed an application to conduct a Surface mining and
reclamation operation, at or near Section S, Township 15S, Range 95W, 6th Principle Meridian, in Delta
County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and
Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Recreation post -mining land use. The application
decision date is scheduled for October 23, 2017.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Delta County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
