Elbert Mining Co. (MEM)submits this modification to NOI P-2008-045 that requests <br /> exchanging the locations of the remaining 23 exploration holes for new locations near the <br /> permitted area. <br /> In 2008 MEM requested 67 exploration hole locations but completed only 44 hole <br /> locations. The holes were immediately sealed after sampling. The abandonment report was <br /> submitted in 2013 by Greg Lewicki&Associates. Exploration holes not utilized on 2008 included <br /> hole numbers 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 39, 43, 45, 47, 49, 50, 51, 53, 55, 56, 57, 58 and <br /> 60. <br /> MEM requests exchanging the locations of the above listed holes for exploration <br /> locations listed in Table 1: 2017 Exploration Hole Locations.
