Overall, top sand piles appeared stable and <br />shaped to a stable grade with vegetation beginning to green and holding the soil. <br />o Overburden placement is progressing from south east to north west. Overburden placement and <br />leveling was not taking place at time of inspection due to soft soil conditions resulting from recent <br />precipitation. <br />o Equipment grader was working to smooth the ground for overburden placement. <br />
