Box 483 <br />Paonia, CO 81428 <br />RE: Bowie No. 1 Mine, Permit No. C-1981-038 <br />2nd Quarter 2017 Discharge Monitoring Reports Review (COG850043) <br />Dear Mr. Bear, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has finished <br />reviewing the 2017 2"d Quarter Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs). The reports <br />were received on July 13, 2017. The reports cover the time period from April 1, 2017 to <br />June 30, 2017. The Division finds the reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). <br />During the months of April, May and June 2017, there was no discharge recorded from <br />any of the NPDES outfalls. There were no exceedances. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the 2017 2"d Quarter Discharge Monitoring Reports for <br />the Bowie No. 1 Mine.
