The date of the decision can be <br />requested to be extended again if the operator needs to. The decision for PR -5 is based on the decision that Delta County <br />will make. Until Delta County has made their decision on the land use, the Division will not be able to make a decision on <br />PR -5. The Division has not yet received a response letter to the adequacy letter. All adequacy questions asked by the <br />Division will need to be addressed before a decision on the application can be made.
