The inspection report was completed by Tabetha Lynch with the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety. The aerial photos were taken by Harry Ranney. The weather was clear. <br />Reclamation activites have occurred at the site earlier in the summer but no activity was noted during this <br />inspection. Title IV work was occuring at the time of inspection. <br />The Division received notice on November 10, 2016 from MCM removing the Williams Fork Mine from <br />Temporary Cessation Status. The return to active status due to reclamation activites increases the inspection <br />frequency by the Division to two partial inspections and one complete inspection each quarter.
