EXHIBIT A <br />PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br />A description of a parcel of land situate in Section Nineteen (19), Township Six North <br />(T. 6 N.), Range Sixty -Seven West (R. 67 W.), of the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.), <br />Town of Windsor, County of Weld, State of Colorado and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 19, as monumented by a No. 6 rebar with a <br />3 1/4" aluminum cap in a monument box stamped LS 30120, from which the West Quarter <br />corner of said Section 19 as monumented by a No. 6 rebar with a 2 1/2" aluminum cap in a <br />monument box, bears S 0°27'40" E, being a Grid Bearing of the Colorado State Plane <br />Coordinate System, North Zone, North American Datum 1983/2011, a distance of 2639.50 feet, <br />with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; <br />THENCE, S 0027'40" E along the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 19, <br />a distance of 1,066.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />THENCE, departing the said West line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19 at right angles <br />N 89°32'20" E, a distance of 30.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot B of RE 0807-19-2-1802, <br />as recorded at Reception 2475376 of the records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorders <br />Office; <br />THENCE, N 87 04'06" E a distance of 583.84 feet along the Southerly line of said Lot B of <br />RE 0807-19-2-1802 to the Southeast corner thereof, <br />THENCE, N 0°27'39" W a distance of 492.45 feet along the Easterly line of said Lot B of <br />RE 0807-19-2-1802 to the Northeast corner thereof, and being a point on the Southerly line of <br />that parcel described in that Quit Claim Deed Recorded at Reception No.4261530; <br />THENCE, N 88043'54" E a distance of 580.41 feet to the Southeast corner of the said parcel as <br />described in that Quit Claim Deed Recorded at Reception No.4261530, also being a point on the <br />Westerly line of Lot B RE -3948; <br />THENCE, S 0° 18'41"E along the said Westerly line of Lot B RE -3948 a distance of 334.37 <br />feet to the Southwest corner thereof, <br />THENCE, N 88055'53" E along the Southerly line of said Lot B RE -3948 a distance of 2,492.08 <br />feet to the Southeast corner thereof; <br />THENCE, S 0007'26" E a distance of 364.72 feet to the Northeast corner of that parcel of <br />property described as "USR No. 5718334" as recorded at Reception No. 1995025 of the records <br />of the Weld County Clerk and Recorders Office; <br />
