Nettleton, Jerry
From: Nettleton, Jerry
Sent: Tuesday, June 06, 2017 6:52 AM
To: tabetha.lynch@state.co.us
Cc: Blomquist, Miranda
Subject: FW: CPW Comments for the 12 -Left and 1SW Thickener Underflow Borehole and
Pipeline Project
Tabetha —
FYI — CPW comments on TR17-88. If you have any questions, please feel free to call —
Regards,
Jerry
Jerry M. As stated in the comment letter, it may be acceptable to
allow the project to begin before July 31 for the project area that lies west of Fish Creek only, (12 -Left
infrastructure) as this area of the project is not of similar quality to the project area east of Fish Creek and is in
close proximity of RCR 27.
