These items were not included in the Seeded Greater than 10
years box on the Divisions form. These locations were seeded, but have not been reclaimed.
Items 3 and 4 total 23.1 acres which were subtracted from 45.6 acres, leaving 22.5 acres of
seeded reclaimed areas.
Item 4, Degasification boreholes (1-14) are scheduled to be reclaimed and seeded this summer.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
1t.-, /. <j
Doug Zith
Chief Engineer
Oxbow Mining, LLC
3737 Hwy 133 - P.O.
