This project was submitted as a Minor Revision in order to facilitate early
approval for construction of the associated pads and roads, and temporary surface placement and fusing of the
pipe. An associated Technical Revision (TR17-88) application addressing full project construction was
subsequently submitted on June 13, 2017.
Due to processing delays related to agency consultation issues, the MR could not be finalized in a timely
manner, so TC and the CDRMS determined that the best approach would be to focus on processing and
approval of the TR, which was approved on 07/11/17. Given these considerations, and that the materials
submitted with the TR supersede and replace the corresponding MR materials, we withdraw the MR17-307
application.
We appreciate your consideration and ongoing support and assistance.
Best regards
Jerry .
